Old Navy Board of Directors Store Refresh 2025

In preparation for the Gap Inc. Board of Directors' visit, we executed an agile, high-impact store refresh focused on elevating the customer experience. Key initiatives included a comprehensive update to our fitting rooms, a revitalization of the activewear department, an exclusive preview to our Occasion capsule collection, and the launch of an in-store Juice Bar to promote wellness and community. A new, innovative window treatment was also installed, ensuring in-store privacy while reinforcing our brand identity from the exterior.
