Client/Project: Old Navy – Board of Directors Store Refresh

Challenge: High-impact, agile refresh for the Gap Inc. Board of Directors' visit.

Goal: Elevate the in-store customer experience and showcase key Q1 initiatives.


Scope: Concept development, cross-functional collaboration, visual execution, and design for high-level executive review.

Key Deliverables: Fitting Room overhaul, Activewear revitalization, The Occasion capsule preview, Pop-up Juice Bar experience, and Innovative Window Treatment.

Timeline: 3-week concept-to-execution window.
