Client/Project: Old Navy – Field Leadership Conference 2025

Challenge/Goal: Capture the energy of Las Vegas, deliver a cohesive and motivational brand experience.


Scope: Full visual identity, event materials, and art direction for 1,500+ attendees.

Key Deliverables: Conference logo/branding toolkit, attendee swag, venue signage and interactive experiences.

Theme: "Buckle up, we’re hitting the open road and cruising straight into the next chapter of Old Navy: Bolder, Brighter, and More Fabulous-er than ever." (High-energy, Roadtrip/Las Vegas-inspired).

Toolkit:

A comprehensive set of visual templates and guidelines designed for scalable deployment across all conference touchpoints.

Experiences:

Designed and executed themed experiential photo ops representing the "Old Navy roadtrip." These interactive vignettes provided both manager engagement and a strategic sneak preview of new seasonal product integration.

Signage:

Designed a cohesive print and digital signage system to ensure seamless attendee wayfinding and deliver timely, on-brand communications across all conference touchpoints.
